Marleen and Dirk both graduated in hotel management and want to pamper you also on the culinary front.
You will start your day with a delicious breakfast with dairy products, fruit, cerealsand home baked bread. It will be a pleasure for us to let you taste our home made marmalade and jam, fruit from our garden and local markets, and our own wild flowerhoney. You prefer eggs in the morning? No problem, our chickens provide free range eggs daily.
As herbalists, we serve a healthy and tasty dinner with organic vegetables and herbs from our garden or purchased locally. We also buy regional products from the local farms in order to make our ecological footprint as small as possible! Dinner is served with soup or a starter, a main course and dessert. The carefully selected wine is included in the price.
Our goat farmer sells delicious goat cheese (AOC) and we can always arrange a visit to his farm. The top of this famous goat cheese would have been cut off upon request from Talleyrand, in order to spare Napoleon the memory of his military adventure in Egypt!
